General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online store sooqsooq studios and the purchase of products through this website.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

All products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and do not constitute a defect.

Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale unless otherwise agreed.

Prices

All prices are stated in EUR (€).

The seller is not subject to VAT in accordance with Article 90(2) of the Croatian VAT Act, therefore VAT is not charged or shown.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed before completing the order.

Ordering & Contract Conclusion

An order is considered binding once the customer receives an order confirmation via email.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • incorrect pricing or product information

  • suspected fraud

  • stock unavailability

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

Payment must be received in full before the order is dispatched (except for cash on delivery).

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Croatia: 1–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller via email at:

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Returns & Complaints

In case of defective or damaged items, the customer must contact the seller immediately and provide photographic evidence.

The seller will respond to complaints within 14 days and offer a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Liability

The seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from improper use of the products.

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, except where mandatory legal provisions apply.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the seller’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
