We ship our products from Croatia to customers within Croatia and the European Union.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped via DPD, GLS, DHL.

The available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Croatia: 2–5 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
sooqsooq studios is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

destination country
package size and weight

The final shipping cost is shown before checkout confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties are applied.

Any additional fees or charges imposed by local authorities (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

sooqsooq studios is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
